Appointment Policy

It is our policy that we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the time to try and fill your allotted appointment time. Confirmation text messages are sent 2 days prior to your appointment. Please respond by calling as soon as possible. This allows us the time to reschedule you if required and offer you appointment time to other clients who are waiting. 

New Clients Deposit & Online Bookings

All new clients and online bookings are required to pay a $15 - $100 deposit to secure their first booking, depending on the type of service the booking is for. This deposit is non-refundable and will come off the cost of your service on the day. Cancellation within 24 hours of the allotted appointment, will result in a loss of deposit. 


Fresha's booking system offers a convenient and reliable way for customers to schedule their hair appointments. Requesting a deposit for new customers and online bookings.
